JHE provides customized services for flyback transformers. We have conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the current flyback transformer design methods used in the power supply industry through cooperation with multiple renowned universities and research institutions, with the participation of well-known experts and engineers in the field of electromagnetics. We have launched the "Flyback Transformer Design Tool". Firstly, the system theoretically ensures the rationality of various performance parameters of the transformer through professional and high-precision algorithms; Secondly, the birth of this system is based on a large amount of theoretical and engineering practice data, which ensures the scalability of transformers in practice. This system can significantly reduce the development difficulty and shorten the development cycle for power engineers; At the same time, the system has rich magnetic cores and BOBBIN database for users to choose from. Through statistical surveys of numerous users' usage, this design system far surpasses various calculation tables and methods currently used in the mainstream market. In conjunction with this design system, we have also integrated production lines that have been deeply rooted in the transformer manufacturing industry for over 30 years to provide users with services from samples to mass production.
